- Understand and know how to direct, plan, and improve value streams and practices.

This course is designed to prepare students to take ITIL® 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan, and Improve Examination in IT Service Management. Successfully passing this exam will result in the attainment of ITIL® 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan, and Improve Certification. Exam Prerequisite: ITIL® v4Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management
