This 5-day course will provide a brief history and development trends of the computing industry, as well as an overview of the computing system architecture, computing platforms, common technologies and industry solution cases. The course will enable learners with basic knowledge and skills in intelligent computing, chip technology, computing system architecture and products.

On completion of this course, participants should be familiar with:

− CPU chipsets and their classification

− What a computation system is

− The definition of servers

− Distinguishing between servers

− Describing system and upper-layer software

− The principles and application scenarios of common high availability (HA) technologies, such as clusters, stateless computing and heterogeneous computing

− Various intelligent O&M management software, especially with Ansible

− The concept of HPC, common HPC architecture, HPC layers and typical HPC use cases

− The basic concepts of the intelligent edge and artificial intelligence (AI), application scenarios and challenges of AI, and the solution provided by Huawei

This course will prepare delegates to take the HCIA Intelligent Computing exam # H13-211, which will test delegate’s knowledge on: Brief History and Development Trend of the Computing Industry, Overview of the Computing System Architecture, Introduction to Computing Platform Products, Common Technologies and O&M of the Computing Platform and Industry Solution Cases.
