CompTIA Tech+, formerly known as CompTIA ITF+, is a vendor-neutral certification that demonstrates an individual’s foundational understanding of the vast landscape of technology and their ability to navigate various tech tools and platforms effectively. With hands-on simulations for tasks like setting up a computer and securing a small wireless network, learners can gain a solid foundation in tech fundamentals. The course also introduces emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), robotics, quantum computing, and more
This course is aimed at the following individuals:
- Sales associates

- Business Development Managers
- Product and marketing specialists
- Entry Level customer support
Before attending this course, delegates must:
- Have basic Windows End User Skills
This course will prepare the student to do the following:
- Understand and manage tech infrastructure and computing concepts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware and software issues.
- Recognize and address basic cybersecurity threats.
- Understand the increasing relevance of emerging technologies.
- Pursue a more advanced certification, such as CompTIA A+.
This course will prepare delegates to write the CompTIA FC0-U71 Exam. Successfully passing this exam will result in the attainment of the CompTIA Tech+ certification. The exam duration is 60 minutes, and the passing score is 650.
